Why am I only seeing short video clips, not the full video?

Why is my video playback so choppy?
- We offer 3 to 5 "Video Quality" rates depending on whether or not the content is available in HD. The default player rate is set to 480p/540p, but on newer videos we offer as high as 1080p. If you experience choppy streaming quality, it most likely means your individual internet connection is not fast enough for the "Video Quality" rate you are attempting to watch.
If you are experiencing poor playback, we recommend switching to a lower "Video Quality" rate until you find one appropriate for your available bandwidth. To select a lower "Video Quality" rate, activate the player controls by moving the mouse over the player. Once the controls are activated, notice the 'HD' symbol on the bottom right (immediately to the left of the Volume control). Click on the 'HD' to bring up the list of available "Video Quality" rates for the video you are watching. The lower the number, the less bandwidth you will need to stream the video correctly.
You might also try the following to improve your video playback:
Close any other browser tabs or windows you have open. Less things competing for bandwidth make for a better video experience.
Switch to another browser to see if that helps. Chrome (download here) is usually the best browser for our content.
What's the difference between a "Scene"/"Video" and a "Movie"?

A "Scene"/"Video" is a single scene, or portion of a scene. A "Movie" is the collection of scenes that appear together as a movie title DVD. "Scene"/"Video" give you the ability to quickly and easily target in on what or whom you want to watch.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and usable for the duration of your paid subscription period. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date.

How do I dispute a charge or request a refund?

We want you to be happy with our service. If at any time you are not happy with our service or wish to dispute a charge please contact us directly. It is always quicker and easier to request a refund or credit directly from us then it is to dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company. Please ask us first, we are happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

How do I download a video?

You must be logged in to download a video. Once you are logged in, simply click on the scene you want to download. Then next to "Download Options", (left) click the quality of the file that you want to download, and you will be automatically prompted to save the file to your computer. The higher quality file you download, the longer it will take. The higher the number, the better the quality, with the best quality being 1080p for the highest definition downloads. Once you download a video file it's yours to keep forever.
How many downloads do I earn each month?

You get 20 video scene downloads per Calendar month. You can download multiple speeds of one video scene and it will only be counted as one download. The downloads are yours to keep forever. Your 20 downloads will not roll over to the next month if you don’t use them. Once you download the movie, you can re-download it again for as long as you stay a member, without it going towards your 20 download per month limit.
What is the video file type that I get to download?

You get a DRM free MPEG-4 video file in multiple download sizes. The newest videos are available up to 1080p HD videos. The video file is playable on almost all PCs, MACs, iPads, iPhones, iPod, iTunes, Androids, tablets and other devices.
Why can't I download videos on the mobile version of the website?

Currently our download system is not compatible with a mobile environment. You will need to log into the desktop version of the site to download video files. See 'How do I get video file downloads onto my smartphone or tablet?' for more information.

For Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) simply add the video files to your iTunes. You can then sync your iTunes and load your video files onto your mobile device.
For Android devices, simple add the video file as you would any other media file.
Why won't my downloaded video files play on my computer?

All that is required is a video player that supports MP4 files with the correct codex installed. There are a number of codecs available. The one you chose depends on your platform. For information purposes only, below are links to two of the more popular codecs:

How do I download photo galleries?

You can download an individual image by 'right clicking' on the image and selecting 'Save Image As'. If you want to download the entire photo gallery (as a single zip file), click on the Download icon on the top right corner of the gallery viewer. The Download icon is represented by a downward facing arrow.
